ISOTEX Evolution boilers are engineered with a premium European monobloc burner system offering full dual-fuel capability — switching seamlessly between gaseous and liquid fuels to ensure maximum operational continuity and cost optimization.

 

Primary Fuel Options

  • Light Diesel Oil (LDO) — Light fuel oil at 10,200 kCal/kg; low-viscosity, direct atomization, no pre-heating required — primary liquid fuel for MS Series boilers
  • Furnace Oil (FO) — Heavy fuel oil for high-capacity, cost-sensitive operations; requires pre-heating system and compatible atomizing burner configuration
  • High Speed Diesel (HSD) — Premium distillate fuel with consistent calorific value; preferred for standby or intermittent operation
  • Low Sulphur Heavy Stock (LSHS) — Refinery-grade heavy fuel with reduced Sulphur; suitable for large-capacity plants requiring emission compliance at lower fuel cost
  • Dual Fuel — LDO / Natural Gas — Automatic changeover between LDO and natural gas; uninterrupted steam supply during gas curtailment — no manual intervention required

  • Online O₂ trim with VSD combustion fan — real-time air-fuel optimization eliminates excess air losses at all load conditions
