Sustainable High Pressure Steam Solutions

ISOTEX Powertherm  Series High Pressure Steam Boiler is the premium, power-generation-focused configuration of the  range — designed specifically for applications requiring superheated steam at pressures up to 67 kg/cm²(g) and temperatures up to 485 ± 5°C. This configuration is the engineering heart of industrial power co-generation and combined heat and power (CHP) plants, enabling industries to generate their own electricity from low-cost solid fuels while simultaneously supplying process steam.

At pressures above 67 kg/cm²(g) and superheated steam temperatures above 400°C, the High Pressure configuration becomes the enabling technology for the most competitive economics in industrial energy — where a single boiler can displace both purchased steam and purchased electricity. This makes it the preferred choice for sugar/distillery complexes, large paper mills, cement plants, steel mills, and dedicated industrial captive power plants.

Every High Pressure boiler is supplied with a superheater, deaerator, economiser, and air preheater as standard — ensuring maximum heat recovery and steam quality. Certified to IBR/ASME/CE/TUV and manufactured at ISOTEX’s state-of-the-art Ahmedabad and Dahej facilities, this boiler is supplied complete as a single-source turnkey solution including steam turbine, ESP, PLC/SCADA, and automated fuel and ash handling

Coal &Petcoke Fuels
