Full Engineering, Procurement & Construction delivery — single-point accountability from concept to commissioning

TURNKEY EPC SOLUTIONS

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) solutions

For customers who want zero complexity and total accountability, a single contract, a single point of contact, and a single team responsible for delivering a fully operational boiler house from the ground up.

1. Feasibility & Concept Engineering

Site survey, fuel analysis, steam demand assessment, and techno-commercial feasibility study to define the optimal solution before any commitment is made.

2. Detailed Engineering & Approvals

Complete engineering drawings, IBR submission documents, statutory approvals, and third-party inspection coordination (TPI).

3. Procurement & Supply Chain Management

In-house manufacturing of all pressure parts and boiler components; strategic sourcing of auxiliaries, control systems, and civil materials.

4. Civil & Structural Works

Foundation design, structural steel erection, boiler house civil design chimney, ducting, and fuel handling system infrastructure.

5. Erection & Mechanical Completion

Supervised field erection by ISOTEX-trained crews; piping, insulation, refractory, electrical and instrumentation installation.

6. Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning

Flushing, hydrostatic testing, trial firing, steam blowing, performance testing, and handover with full operational documentation.

7. Post-Commissioning Support

30/60/90 day support period, operator training, and seamless transition to AMC or FIT Service coverage.

Modular EPC — Our Fastest Track

ISOTEX’s proprietary Modular Plug-and-Play Boiler House concept transforms the EPC timeline. Pre-engineered, factory-assembled modular skids arrive at site ready to connect — reducing civil costs by 74%, space requirements by 46%, and refractory cost by 50% compared to conventional stick-built installations.

74% Lower Civil Cost

Pre-built modular structure eliminates most on-site civil and structural work.

46% Space Saving

Compact integrated design uses significantly less floor area than conventional boiler houses.

50% Refractory Cost Reduction

Factory-lined modules reduce refractory work to minimal field connections.

Faster Commissioning

Compressed site timeline means earlier steam — directly impacting project ROI.
