The Isotex PRS is a pre-configured plug & play assembly combining a PID-driven electro pneumatic control valve with isolation and piping components providing precise and efficient steam pressure regulation. This integrated system delivers energy savings up to 2-5% by minimizing steam waste through much tighter pressure control ensuring the process uses only the minimum necessary steam pressure for optimal efficiency. The electro pneumatic PRV combines robust power of pneumatic actuator with precision and intelligence of modern electrical control systems delivering superior performance compared to conventional self-actuating PRVs.

Advanced PID-based smooth modulation prevents overshoot and flashing, adaptive response to load changes eliminates temporary pressure spikes and steam losses, optimized steam flow curve reduces turbulence and back pressure for 1-2% lower losses. Complete pre-assembled system with full-capacity safety valve sizing, precision flow control, stable low-flow performance, ready-to-install modular design, and open architecture construction ensuring full interchangeability eliminating dependency on single manufacturer.
